Reservation of Rights

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

The following express reservation of rights is made by KUSSU PRODUCTIONS®, including UNITED ENTERTAINMENT & MEDIA LIMITED and all owned, controlled, affiliated, or related entities, brands, catalogues, rights-holders, and licensors connected with KUSSU PRODUCTIONS®.

Without prejudice to any reservation of rights previously made or that may be made elsewhere, and without prejudice to any rights at law, in equity, by contract, statute, treaty, or otherwise, KUSSU PRODUCTIONS® hereby reaffirms and confirms as follows:

1. Protected Content

All content owned and/or controlled by KUSSU PRODUCTIONS®, whether now existing or created in the future, including without limitation sound recordings, musical compositions, lyrics, literary works, artwork, photographs, video, audiovisual works, branding, logos, metadata, databases, documentation, images, graphics, text, and other protected subject matter is protected to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2. No Unauthorized Use

Any access, copying, reproduction, extraction, distribution, communication to the public, making available, adaptation, republication, storage, ingestion, indexing, analysis, exploitation, or other use of KUSSU Content is expressly prohibited without prior express written authorization in the form of a valid written licence or permission.

3. AI / Machine Learning / Data Mining Prohibition

Any use of KUSSU Content for the training, testing, validation, tuning, development, operation, commercialization, or improvement of any artificial intelligence system, model, tool, technology, machine learning system, generative model, text and data mining process, dataset, or similar technology is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization.

4. Worldwide Reservation

Except to the extent rights are expressly and specifically licensed by KUSSU PRODUCTIONS®, all rights in KUSSU Content are expressly reserved worldwide, including without limitation rights relating to reproduction, extraction, database use, text and data mining, machine learning, model training, adaptation, licensing, synchronization, public performance, communication, and all other forms of present or future exploitation.

5. No Implied Consent

No access to this website, to KUSSU Content, or to any metadata, text, image, audio, audiovisual material, or catalogue-related information shall be construed as consent, licence, waiver, or permission for any prohibited use.

6. Enforcement

KUSSU PRODUCTIONS® expressly reserves the right to pursue all available civil, criminal, injunctive, technological, contractual, and other remedies in relation to unauthorized use.

7. Full Reservation

All rights not expressly granted are expressly reserved.
